Our Mission.
We are L*GHT™, a group of designers obsessed with the plastic recovery problem. We believe that plastic pollution and the housing shortage could have the same solution: construction materials made out of plastic waste. We are creating a structural system for homes to keep plastic out of landfills and decrease the use of mined building materials, simultaneously improving the strength and durability of single and multi-family housing.

L*GHT House™
L*GHT™ sits at the intersection between sustainable and affordable single and multi-family housing, a market which is not established, with the goal of making a $150k house.*
The L*GHT approach.
A new sustainable housing system.
Our L*GHT Frame consists of a multi-directional joint (1.) that connects to a railed beam (2.) which works both horizontally and vertically. The railed system allows for the surface boards (3.) to be added without nails or glue. They all combine to produce 9x9' cells (4.) that can be aggregated into any type of traditional house.
